Engagement Process
Every relationship begins with understanding. We do not take on work we are not suited for, and we are transparent about what we can and cannot do.
Initial Conversation
A direct discussion to understand your situation, objectives, and whether there is a genuine fit. No commitments at this stage — just clarity.
Assessment & Scope
If there is alignment, we define the scope of engagement. This could be portfolio advisory, a capital introduction, or a specific consulting mandate. Terms are agreed upfront.
Execution
We do the work. Depending on the mandate, this may involve sourcing opportunities, conducting diligence, structuring deals, or connecting principals with the right counterparties.
Ongoing Relationship
Good work leads to continued trust. Many of our engagements evolve over time as needs change and opportunities arise.
